Advanced Must Login/Register Mod

Description:
If your site requires your customers to be registered in order to view prices,
this mod is for you. In addition to being registered this mod will also allow you
to control which registered users can see the prices. That means that once
the user is registered, you as an admin of the site, must edit customer information
using the admin panel to specifically authorize that user to see the regular prices
and/or sale prices. This action is optional but it gives you the opportunity to
make sure that the registered user is real. In addition to this functionality an
optional "Login" button can be used to replace the "Buy" button on the product
view screen. This button invites the user to login or register to view price of
the item they are looking at.

All options are controlled from the admin panel from the "3rd Party" link in
the modules section.

The mod can be configured in one of four ways.

 1 Must login and be authorized to see Regular and Sales Prices. Selecting this option will hide ALL prices for users who are not logged in. To be able to view the prices after the customer is logged in, the customers will need to be specifically authorized be the store administrator.
 2 Must login for Regular Prices and be authorized for Sale Prices. This option will hide both Regular Price and Sale Prices. Once logged in, the customer will be able to see Regular Prices only. To view Sale  Prices, customers will need to be specifically authorized by the store administrator. 
 3 Must login to see Regular and Sale Prices. Selecting this option will hide All prices for users who are not logged in. Once logged in, all customers will see both Regular and Sale prices.
 4 Regular Prices are visible to all customers. To view Sale  Prices, customers will need to be logged in and be specifically authorized by the store administrator.
